Mobile Mixologists came to life in 2024, started by two partners who wanted to work together to build a business focused on creating unforgettable experiences. We ensure an outstanding beverage service during your event to create a day to remember for years to come. We use our individual skills to work together to enhance events through excellent communication, reliable and supportive service, as well as, creative and friendly staff. The essence of mobile bartending lies in its attention to detail— we are both small-business owners who have the acumen of creating something grand and understand the nuance of designing a specialized experience for our client. We are committed to your personal needs by crafting custom cocktails, enhancing your event space, and by providing an effortless and smooth experience for your special day. Leah

Expertise extends beyond the art of cocktail crafting: with a rich background in entrepreneurship and mental health counseling, Leah is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that are as meaningful as they are memorable. Her profound understanding of communication and emotional insight was honed through years of one-on-one work with clients. Leah excels in listening attentively, understanding individual needs, and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels heard and valued. This ensures that every event is not only well-executed but also deeply engaging on a personal level. From the initial consultation to the final toast, she prioritizes open dialogue and thoughtful interactions, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision and exceeds your expectations.

Gustavo

Born and raised in Austin, Gustavo learned Spanish as a first language. During his young adult years, Gustavo gained invaluable experience in the service industry executing many roles such as, bartender, server, line cook, and more. Hospitality is nothing new. In his career as a Muay Thai coach, Gustavo highlights execution and attention to detail as driving principles of his work. Gustavo understands the perfect drink is not merely about mixing ingredients; it involves an intricate balance of flavors, aromas, and unforgettable moments.

Administrative Staff:

(Top to bottom/ left to right: Tobi, Agnes, Aoife, and Kru)

Though our administrative staff won’t be attending events with us, we would like to introduce our staff supporting our home-based office. Tobi is the office clown and gets basically no work done, but keeps morale up. Agnes is the most focused of the staff. She spends most of her day in her cubical in her cat tree hard at work. Aoife is our mid-management. She is a bit of a micro-manger always checking up on everyone’s status on their deliverables. Lastly Kru, who has been named the office manager due to his seniority but not performance. He spends most of his days snoozing and snorting loud enough to interrupt any work from getting completed. During consultation calls or event planning meetings, the administrative staff can be seen roaming the halls of the office and possibly inserting an opinion or two in the form of a meow or bark.
